On the 5th floor the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, nespresso machine, cutlery, etc), a 160x200cm bed (queen-size), a desk to work on and a 140x90cm rain shower with an integrated sound system. There is a small balcony from which you can enjoy the sunset. Washing machine and dryer is in the washing room downstairs in the same building (for each washing 1 EUR).
Praterstrasse and Nestroyplatz is a very modern area just next to Vienna's heart of the city centre. You will find everything you need from grocery stores, pharmacy to all kinds of cafes and restaurants within minutes.
Metro station "Nestroyplatz" (red line - U1) is directly in front of the building which takes you through Schwedenplatz, Stephansplatz and Karlsplatz within 5 minutes if you don't feel like walking.

The apartment is fully furnished and completely equipped. It's perfect for a stay of several weeks or even months. The kitchen is also fully equipped and the apartment comes with a washing machine (incl. clothes horse) as well.
With the very good connection to public transport (tram 62 or Badner Bahn takes you in 16 minutes to the center - "Staatsoper") it's super easy to get around the city quickly. You will find the metro U4 in walking distance (about ten minutes).
The quiet apartment is in a zone 30 (km/h) sector and let you sleep well (width of the new bed is 1,40 meters)
There is a big grocery store (Eurospar) 200 meters away, where you find anything you need for daily life.

Die Wohnung hat den Charme einer Wohnung der Siebziger Jahre, ist aber gut geschnitten mit einer guten Raumaufteilung. Die Wohnung ist sicherlich etwas abgewohnt, was sich aber im Pricing widerspiegelt.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einen Raum mit Einzelbett. Die Küche hat was man braucht und ist fernab der anderen Wohnraum getrennt durch einen längeren Gang, entlang dessen Abstellraum, Klo und Badezimmer liegen.
