Large, spacious room with a double bed. The room faces south, so it is always bright and sunny. The bed is double and very comfortable. There is a fireplace and many pieces of furniture, such as an excellent desk for studying/working, a wardrobe, more dressers and a comfortable fan, which are useful for the upcoming summer.The room is very spacious and quiet as it faces a low-traffic street looks. The apartment will be renovated in October. The neighborhood is the sixth district, well equipped for all needs. Near the house there are three large supermarkets and many clothing stores, gyms, restaurants and cafes. Within a two-minute walk you can reach the U4, U6 and U3 lines, while the city center is about a 25-minute walk from the house. Many buses and trams are available to reach every part of Vienna.

This 40 sqm apartment has one bedroom and can accommodate four people. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is reachable by elevator. The living room exists out of a double sofa bed, dining table, kitchen area and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a delicious meal! The bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower.
The apartment is conveniently located. It is only 200 meters away from Vienna main station. It only takes eight minutes by metro to the city center of Vienna. The supermarket is located on a five minute walking distance from the apartment, as well as other shops, cafes and restaurants.

The location of the apartment is super central, so you can find everything you need on the doorstep.
The town hall is about 5 min away on foot.
Billa, Hofer, Spar also reachable in about 5 min
as well as countless bars, stores, etc.
Public transport is of course also very accessible due to the central location, bus and streetcar station basically on the doorstep.
You would live with Max (20) and Anna (21).
Both are active in sports, be it volleyball, bilatis, table tennis or gym, also like to chill at the Danube.
We are not a house party flat share, but drink a beer every now and then and occasionally spend our evenings in bars or go out.
It would be great if you are open-minded, have a basic level of cleanliness and ideally already have shared apartment experience.

This newly renovated 35 sqm (350 sqft) studio appartment at Wallensteinplatz is just a 5 minute walk to tubes U4 and U6 - all universities, the city centre and most attractions are a short ride away. Augarten park and nice restaurants/coffeeshops right at the front door. It's a pleasant half hour walk along the Donaukanal to the city center.
Ideally looking for someone renting for a semester or two or a similar time frame. I have some flexibility on the rent for longer stays.
