-Rents exclude utilities, mind that there're on average 135euros on top of the rent.

Great location : street John Waterloo Wilson 58, Brussels 1000, Belgium.
Modern studio in a small residence near Sq. Ambiorix. 5-7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission. Comfortable double bed Private bathroom and furnished equipped kitchenette.
This residential area is appreciated for its safety, the large parks nearby and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.
Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the Chaussée de Louvain area, and a Delhaize supermarket is just a few minutes walk away.
Rent for 6 months is 795/month with all charges included. Please ask me the monthly rent for shorter period of time (minimum 1 month)
