Are you looking for a nice place in the center of Florence? This new studio apartment is available to host you for 12 months as minimum stay, and it is suitable for students or working professional. The studio is recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. The property is 2 minutes walk from Palazzo Pitti, near Santo Spirito. The location well served by amenities; shops, restaurants, bars, and public transportation are all nearby. The area is well connected by buses and you can reach all over Florence.
RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:

-Minimum Stay is 12 months.

L'appartamento, al secondo piano e ultimo piano di una palazzina degli anni '30, si sviluppa su due livelli il secondo dei quali è un sottotetto. L'ingresso/salottino ha accesso ad un balcone che dà sul retro del palazzo. Dall'ingresso si raggiunge, passando per un disimpegno con piccolo bagno/lavanderia, al soggiorno ampio comunicante con la cucina. Quest'ultima è dotata di un piano ad induzione, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie e frigo.
Il secondo livello dell'appartamento si compone di due camere da letto (una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con un letto singolo). Tra le due, il bagno con la doccia.
Sono richiesti 1000 euro mensili che comprendono: il condominio, la TARI, il consorzio di bonifica, la caldaia ed il Wi-Fi.

The apartment is a particular and characteristic Torre house near Piazza Pitti and the Ponte Vecchio area, perfect for students seeking accommodation during a transitional period. The house consists of a double room with a bathroom and study on the ground floor, a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, another double bedroom with a balcony on the second floor, and a cozy little room with two windows at the top. They are 4,5 rooms, for total 68mq.
The apartment is equipped with all the modern amenities you need, including air conditioning, a traditional oven, a microwave, a washing machine, individual heating, a safe, and fiber internet. You'll feel right at home in this comfortable and stylish apartment.

Our bedroom can be single or double. Rented as a double, the rent price is 900Euro.
The bedroom is in a flat of about 70sqm. The flat is on the second floor of an ancient building in UNESCO area, S.Croce quarter, Florence. There is a lift in the building.
In the apartment there are two private bedrooms, ( One is the one listed here) one shared bathroom, one shared kitchen, one shared livingroom. The two bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the flat so they both have a great privacy. The flat has big windows overlooking private, renovated and large backyards. For this reason the flat has lot of light and it is very quiet, day and night. This bedroom has two windows. It offers: a big cupboard, two single beds, one or two desks, depending of the number of student renting it and a drawer. Bathroom is small but renovated with shower. The kitchen is well equipped. There are wi-fi and washmachine in the flat. Costs are included until 30euros monthly per person for cooking and heating gas; 20euros per person monthly for electricity. Bed, bathroom and kitchen equipment are provided.
