The apartment was built in 2020, is perfectly located and set up with loads of love and dedication.
Although the location of Studio79 is most definitely one of it's best features, you will also be amazed by its cozyness and freshness.
It offers a big, super comfortable box-spring bed and a cozy couch which can be converted to another bed for 2 kids or 1 adult. There are extra snuggly, excellent feather covers and pillows for you to enjoy the best night sleep. To make sure you don't get disturbed while dreaming, we provided black out curtains as well. In the 39 m2 apartment is a kitchen with a coffee machine, tea, smoothie maker and all the equipment you may need during your stay. There is a big clean bathroom. The urban view over the River Vienna rounds off the range.
Did we already mention that it has the perfect location? :D
Directly on the ground floor, you can find a grocery store (Hofer) and a nice, big garden with a playground for kids. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer to your disposal. At the main entrance is an info screen with some useful information such as department times for public transportation in your surroundings. So many amenities already and you haven't even left the building!
Nearby you will also find many restaurants, such as the good attended serbo-croatian restaurant Sokace (also directly downstairs!!!), a pizzeria, an perfectly rated austrian "Wirtshaus" and many more. There are also pharmacies, parks, museums, bus stops and an underground station.
Within 5 walking-minutes (!) you can reach the famous "Schloss Schönbrunn" and its beautiful garden, forest, zoo AND public swimming pool. This is one of many must-see attractions in Vienna! The "Schönbrunner Bad" offers you a refreshing time at the pool, and the well-known Café Gloriette and it's imperial ambiance invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee while gazing at the gorgeous view over Vienna - just within a few minutes walk through the stunning complex. Definitely a highlight!
Also close to your rented home is the "Technisches Museum Wien". After a 10 minute walk you can enjoy its amazing interactive attractions and exhibitions about technology for every age. There is also another big park right accross the street, as well as a tram station which leads you for example directly to "West-Bahnhof" (national & international train station) and the Shopping Street "Maria Hilfer Strasse" in a 10 minute ride.
Should you although decide to explore the city a little more, you can take the underground U4, which is only about 2 minutes away from your accommodation. From there you can go basically anywhere! For example straight to the city center, visit "Karlsplatz" , the Opera of Vienna, the Danube River and many more amazing spots.

The flat is located at Viktor Adler Market. If you prefer a traditional market over a modern supermarket, this is the place for you. You'll find fruit shops, butchers, fish shops, and cheese shops, as well as Austrian and Arabic bakeries and stores specializing in Arabic specialties. Of course, several supermarket chains are also within a few minutes' walk (Billa 3', Spar 5', Hofer 7', Lidl 7', Etsam 3', DM 5').
The transport options are excellent: Keplerplatz-U1 is just around the corner (2' walk), and several tram lines (6 and 11) are also nearby. The main station is a 10' walk or 3' underground. The Amalienbad, the Botanical Garden, and Belvedere Palace are also in the vicinity. The 10th district is one of the largest districts in Vienna and a traditional working-class neighborhood, which over the past decades has become a new home for people from all over the world. From October 1st onwards there is 1 beatiful room available in a fully furnished shared student apartment in the 4th district, in Graf Starhemberggasse. The U1 stop Südtirolerplatz and the bus 13 A are just around the corner. You will also find a lot of shops and restaurants near by.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total, at the moment only make stundents live there, who get along with eachother very well.
The room is furnished with a single bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet.
The room costs € 510 This price is per month. Plus 70€ for heating/electricity and 10€ for Internet.
