Modern and tasteful private room on the 7th floor in a ten rooms apartment of a well-organized and tidy building, located at the center of Exarchia, Athens. The room offers a double bed, desk, a wardrobe, Air-conditioning and a shared balcony with the room next to it. The apartment offers a kitchen/living room, 3 (three) bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other two with showers). The room is ideal for individual travelers.
The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 15-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia and Victoria metro stations are only 3-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops, around the apartment, are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city.

Historic urban neighbourhood, one of the last authentic and unspoiled in Europe. Famous for its artistic essence and boheme aura, it is mostly inhabited and frequented by artists, musicians, writers, actors and creative minds. The terrace of the apartment building is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
Access to the apartment: You have access to the kitchen/living room, the bathrooms, and rooftop. The other rooms accommodates other guests, so please keep your personal belongings in your room and keep the communal areas clean. Also respect the quiet hours.
Communication with guests: We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible. As we also live in the same apartment building, we are always eager to help regarding any issue that might occur during their stay in the apartment.
