Cute and cosy 4th-floor private room in 5 rooms apartment in Exarchia, one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (metro, bus, railway), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for individual travelers (If you wish to host a second guest consult with us first). Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the room has the possibility to accomodate a second person, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost.

Cosy and tasteful private room on the 4th floor in a five rooms apartment of a well-organized and tidy building, located at the center of Exarchia, Athens. The room offers a double bed,desk, a wardrobe, Air-conditioning. The apartment offers a kitchen, a bathroom, WC, a wonderful balcony, to be shared by the guests of all rooms. The room is ideal for individual travelers.
The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 15-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia and Victoria metro stations are only 3-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops, around the apartment, are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city.

Historic urban neighbourhood, one of the last authentic and unspoiled in Europe. Famous for its artistic essence and boheme aura, it is mostly inhabited and frequented by artists, musicians, writers, actors and creative minds. Low-paced daily routine, yet with plenty of nightlife choices, the neighbourhood will make you fall in love with the youthful urban lifestyle, from relaxing cafeterias and lively art spaces to alternative bars and picturesque restaurants. Pedion A(hidden) Park is also great option for your morning walks, or even workouts - in case you’re the active type of person!
The terrace of the apartment building is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
Access to the apartment: You have access to the kitchen, the bathroom, WC, living room, the balcony and rooftop, The other rooms accommodates other guests, so please keep your personal belongings in your room and keep the communal areas clean. Also respect the quiet hours.
Communication with guests: We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible. As we also live in the same apartment building, we are always eager to help regarding any issue that might occur during their stay in the apartment.

The apartment, fully renovated floor-to-ceiling (February 2017), has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large sofa bed, front veranda facing the wide and full of trees Ipirou street (the road leading to the National Archaeological museum) and offering a nice view of mount Lycabettus. Ideal for couples, singles, group of friends, families of business travelers, “Spiti Elaia” is located at the 5th floor of the 6-storey building (lift available).
This apartment has a total size of 50 sqm, and can host up to four guests. The bedroom features 2 single beds with high quality anatomic mattresses. The beds’ configuration can easily change to double bed (queen size, 2 m X 2 m).
The living room is equipped with a quality three seater sofa, which can very easily transformed in a minute to a good size double bed (2 m length by 1.60 m wide) with a good quality mattress.
The fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom provide maximum pleasure and comfort.
The apartment has been renovated in February 2017. This fact is quite important, as “renovated” is a term & practice rather unfamiliar in Greece: usually, where when one says “renovated”, expect just a paint job.
