Ein Altbau von 1910 wurde vor wenigen Jahren aufwändig saniert und renoviert. Die Wohnungen wurden altbautypisch erhalten und verfügen über eine Deckenhöhe von über 3,00m, Stuck und Parkettboden. Trotzdem muss man auf Annehmlichkeiten modernen Wohnens nicht verzichten: Zentralheizung, 3-fach verglaste Fenster, elektrische Rollläden.
Insgesamt gibt es 3 Wohnungen mit jeweils 4 Zimmern, Küche, Diele, Bad und Balkon. Alle 3 Wohnungen werden von 4er-WG`s genutzt. Zum Angebot kommt hier das Zimmer #2 im EG. Es ist zur winzigen Straße in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet.
Alle Zimmer wie auch die gesamte Wohnung sind komplett möbliert! Sie müssen nur noch die Zahnbürste mitbringen und schon sind Sie zu Hause angekommen.
Ebenfalls komplett möbliert sind die Küchen, die in jeder Wohnung als Gemeinschaftsraum und zentraler Treffpunkt dienen. Sie sind mit modernen Elektrogeräten wie E-Herd mit Ceranfeld, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank ausgestattet.

Das Haus steht auf einem hübschen, eingewachsenen Grundstück, hinter dem Haus steht den Mietern ein großer Garten zur Verfügung.

Das Haus steht in einer winzigen Nebenstraße in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen, am Fuße des Sachsenhäuser Berges, nahe dem Wendelsweg bzw. dem (neuen) Henningerturm. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Gesschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs lassen sind nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt, ebenso wie der Südbahnhof bzw. Lokalbahnhof (Busverbindungen gibt's in unmittelbarer Nähe).
Das Parken ist in der Umgebung unproblematisch. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Offenbacher Kreuz und von dort in alle Himmelsrichtungen unterwegs (A3, A5, A661).
