The apartment is very bright, quiet and it has all the comforts.

The apartment is located in a building adjacent to other 3 apartments of the same landlord, rented by international (usually NABA) students.
There is a nice common outdoor area, with table and chairs, where you can meet the other students and have enjoy your time together.
This outdoor area is very particular, thanks to pop art and vintage design pieces, ancient slot machines too! Those objects were located in the restaurant of the landlord she had nearby, but now it’s not existing anymore and for her dad was a pity to sell these unique original 30’s – 90’s objects.

Secondo la legge italiana, dobbiamo registrare i contratti di affitto che prevedono un periodo di soggiorno pari o superiore a 29 notti. La registrazione dell'affitto ha un costo pari all'1% dell'importo totale del canone di locazione (senza considerare l'importo delle spese - spese condominiali, gas, elettricità, internet) più le marche da bollo, per un minimo di € 50,00 a contratto. Questo costo deve essere pagato una sola volta. Il costo del contratto varia a seconda della durata del soggiorno.
Gas ed elettricità sono inclusi nel prezzo mensile fino a € 70/mese.
L'inquilino deve rispettare le regole della raccolta differenziata della spazzatura, che spiegheremo durante il check-in, ed è tenuto a rispettare le regole del silenzio evitando rumori e schiamazzi tra le ore 23.00 e le ore 8.00.
