It the house there are 3 other roommates , 2 boys and 1 girl who are workers. Age 22-35 years - very calm and friendly - In the house there are 2 bathrooms: one bathroom for only 2 people.
The condominium with concierge is surrounded by communal gardens and with 2 subway stops under the house, line 3 - yellow: Corvetto and Porto di Mare. 5 stops from Piazza Duomo - 2 stops Prada- very close to the center - to the airport and train station - large park and cycle paths behind the house. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals, a large and bright double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower.
The neighborhood is extremely well served by any kind of commercial activity. Bars, restaurants and pubs characterize it during the nightlife (the typical Milanese aperitif here is at home), clothing stores, fashion typical markets during the week. La registrazione dell'affitto ha un costo pari all'1% dell'importo totale del canone di locazione (senza considerare l'importo delle spese - spese condominiali, gas, elettricità, internet) più le marche da bollo, per un minimo di € 50,00 a contratto. Questo costo deve essere pagato una sola volta. Il costo del contratto varia a seconda della durata del soggiorno.
Gas ed elettricità sono inclusi nel prezzo mensile fino a € 100/mese.

L'appartamento è per studenti o giovani neolaureati; sono già presenti tre ragazze e un ragazzo.
L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato e risulta quindi molto in ordine.
La stanza è doppia e completa di tutto: 2 letti da 90 sepatati da un mobile a scaffali, due grandi finestre, 2 armadi, 2 scrivanie e un comodo ventilatore a soffitto.
Sono da aggiungere 130 euro per spese condominiali con riscaldamento, wi-fi, tassa rifiuti e pulizia mensile dell'appartamento.
La cucina condivisa è dotata di un frigorifero grande con freezer, forno e forno a microonde; è inoltre molto luminosa in quanto ha una portafinestra che dà su un balcone.
Sono poi presenti 2 bagni condivisi: uno è grande e completo con doccia, bidet e due finestre; il secondo è piccolino e fornito di wc, lavandino, lavatrice e finestra. Completano l'appartamento un grande ingresso e un comodo sgabuzzino.
La zona è comoda in particolare per gli studenti del Politecnico Bovisa e dell'ospedale Sacco (UniMi polo Vialaba). Sono facilmente raggiungibili anche gli altri poli universitari, in particolare le diverse sedi di UniMi, Bicocca, Università Cattolica, RUFA, IULM.
Molti sono i mezzi pubblici a pochi passi da casa con i quali è possibile raggiungere le varie zone di interesse (il meravigioso e vivace centro storico - CityLife con i suoi giardini, cinema e negozi di tendenza - la vicinissima zona Sempione con il Castello Sforzesco, il parco e i locali all'Arco della Pace - Isola con il Bosco Verticale, i giardini e i locali della movida milanese); in particolare le fermate dei mezzi di superficie (1, 12, 14, 19, 48, 57, 90, 91 e altri) sono vicinissime; la fermata della metro più vicina è Portello (linea 5 lilla) raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti.
La via è molto tranquilla e ben frequentata però con una passeggiata di soli 3 minuti si trovano supermercati e negozi di ogni tipo (Zara, Feltrinelli, Decathlon, Unieuro, Timberland, farmacie, pizzerie, ristoranti, gelaterie e bar).
E' richiesta la cauzione di 500 euro.
